Very tasty pizza ??
The best pizzas I've eaten in Germany. Honestly criticizing the quality of these pizzas considering that we are in Germany (problems of availability of ingredients etc) I think it is ridiculous. Moreover, the prices are absolutely honest (now even in Italy the pizzas have become gourmet and a Margherita costs you 7-8 euros). Best hands down pizza
Dough similar to the pizza I ate in Naples, Pizza with very chewy dough
Great pizzas and calzones ? Professionalism and courtesy ???
- Here you’ll get authentic Italian pizza - Their cannoli are the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life - Pizza delivered by bike, quite far -still steaming hot Definitely recommended!
Best spaghetti vongole ever. Nice atmosphere with very nice owners
Really good pizza, true Neapolitan like few in the area
Only pizza is really top. Remainder 0
Wood oven, very tasty pizza and a friendly atmosphere. You can also sit outside.
Always the top, super ... Great chef roberto
Absolutely authentic Italian, great pizza made from sourdough and warm, family service.
Delicious pizza, excellent pastiera, I will be back because I have seen huge pasta dishes and I'm curious !!!
Pizza bomb Pasta goes like this ..... Service is ok for a trattoria sufficient. All in all worth a visit. And the pizza is really great
Highly recommended, delicious food, and very good wine.
TIP! Best Italian restaurant in Frankfurt! Absolutely personal and special. Here you get what you imagine to get in Italy and you don't even have to go on vacation. Super friendly and personable owner couple as well as team and wait staff. Top. We recommend. We will definitely be back?
Excellent! Very good Italian food and lovely people :) good selection of wines too
Small but warm atmosphere. Absolutely Italian. Costs a lot. Recommend a prior reservation.
We waited an hour for two pizzas despite the place was not full. I ordered a Margherita pizza with Rucola and it only brings me a Margherita, almost dry and burnt below. I didn't send it back simply because I was hungry. They do not issue receipts and the prices are exaggerated (€ 8 for a burnt Margherita and € 17 a first course of fish that tastes of pasta and oil). There are many beautiful photos of the dishes on the internet but in reality there is only the Locanda, there is neither heart nor taste. PS. Don't worry that he will never see me there again. Then he writes with the k, so I will not dwell ... Let him dedicate himself to his gourmets;)
Best pizza in town. Products quality, kindest service
I went last night, I've lived in Frankfurt for two years and I can say with confidence that it's the best pizza I've eaten so far! I took a friarielli and sausage while my boyfriend a Margherita. It was the first time we tried this place, so we wanted to try it right away for the pizza but we will definitely come back to try the first ones too. The service was good by calculating that the girl with the full room was alone. Excellent choice of wines too.
Location is nice. Pizza is good, tipical napoletana. Probably too salty. The ingredients are good and fresh apparently. The variety of pizza and the rest of the main course are sufficient. The crew is polite. Negative : the do not accept credit cards and the cost of the bier is a bit at the high end. There are space around to find a free parking.
Food was great. Service was good...once we were finally seated. Ambience and cleanliness need work...badly. Edit: I forgot to mention that we had made a reservation but still had to wait 15-20 minutes until we were seated.
The real Neapolitan pizza in Germany, excellent dough and pizzas menu one more inviting than the other !! We opted for: buffalo and cherry tomatoes, porchetta and burrata, fried pizza. ? The only regret? Not having enough space in the stomach to do the second round of pizzas! The environment is very welcoming and the staff are very kind and helpful. We did about 90 km to try this pizza and it was really worth it !! We will definitely be back at the next opportunity! ???????
First class and authentic Neapolitan pizza. I know that the Pizzeria Montana in the Bahnhofsviertel likes to claim that they make the best pizza in FFM - if you think so, you should go out to eat at La Locanca and be taught better. I am also a little surprised at the comments on the service here, and cannot confirm that. Our service was quick and very friendly.
Very neapoletanich pizza
Here in Frankfurt you will find a pizza that is very close to the real Neapolitan pizza.
If you like italian food this is the place to come in frankfurt... Real italian taste and pizza delicious. Try it.
Big, tasty pizzas with good service and reasonable pricing. What more could you want?
Please don’t call it “frittura di pesce” Service is friendly and pizza is nice, but the “frittura di pesce” was hardly eatable, which for a 17,50 EUR dish is definitely not acceptable. Those who think this is ‘authentic italian’ I guess they have never been to Italy.
Best Pizza I’ve had since a long time. Great service. Brilliant knowledge about their wines. Brick oven. Just to die for so delicious;-)
It is the perfect place to find the authentic italian cousine. Amazing food that Roberto prepares at the moment for you. Just sit down and enjoy Roberto's cordiality and whilst he prepares a delicious plate of pasta get a nice glass of wine and some pizza as an appetiser. You will not be disappointed. highly recommended pizza and any pasta dish. Roberto sei un artista.
Perfect food and perfect service from my good old friend Roberto. Good to see you again.
Pizzeria La Locanda is an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Located in what appears to be a former Imbiss, it's modest interior makes the excellent food all the more unexpected. A family run business, this little trattoria seems to make much of its business by delivery in the Sachsenhausen area. However, the customers who sit at the red-and-white check-cloth tables seem primarily Italian - In my experience, reliable indication of high-quality Italian food. The proprietor, Roberto, is wonderfully friendly. I recommend the pizza, among the best I have ever eaten. It's always served piping hot. Prices are modest, by Frankfurt standards. My wife and I (we're in our 60s) eat there once a week. A great Frankfurt experience
